How long does Launch take to implement?

A standard implementation typically takes 4-6 weeks from contract signing.

Do you require employee data file uploads?

No file uploads are needed for Launch. Employees simply create their username and password during initial login. We take data security seriously. We intentionally limit the information we collect and don’t do eligibility file uploads (less data means less risk). Our digital education platform is SOC 2 Type II certified, and all private nutrition appointments are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record. Simply put: we protect your people like they’re our own.

How do you create your content?

All content is developed by our team of credentialed experts using an outcomes- and evidence-based approach. Each program is designed with a specific goal in mind, supported by high-quality research, and guided by our core food philosophy.
