Bringing practical nutrition to the Personify Health experience
Launch My Health helps employers move nutrition from information to action. Our food-first approach combines clinical nutrition education with practical culinary skills, giving employees ways to understand what is relevant to their health and what they can do next.
Our work with Personify Health is focused on making that experience easy to access and easy for employers to implement. Launch My Health integrates with Personify Health through single sign-on, rewards activities and guided journeys, without requiring eligibility files.
Inside the Launch My Health Digital Learning Platform, employees can explore nutrition and cooking courses, participate in Launch LIVE! webinars, use Health Action Tools to identify practical starting points, and work with Sage, our Health Goal Assistant, to explore what they want to work on and connect with relevant resources.
Looking ahead to San Antonio
Over the months leading up to Thrive Summit 2027, Launch My Health will be sharing more of what we are building with Personify Health, what we are learning from employee health journeys, and how employers can connect nutrition education with engagement, measurable outcomes and prevention.
