Meet Sage Find Your Next Step

One of the easiest things to underestimate in digital health is how much work we sometimes ask an employee to do before a wellbeing benefit can actually help them.

Log in. Find the right section. Browse the resources. Decide which topic applies. Choose something. Figure out whether it is worth the time.

That process can work reasonably well for someone who already knows exactly what they need. Many employees do not arrive with that level of clarity. They may simply know they want to eat better, feel better, have more energy or improve some aspect of their health. The harder part is figuring out what to work on first.

Knowing where to start is part of the experience

At Launch My Health, we have been designing around that moment.

Credible health information and practical education matter. They become even more useful when an employee can understand what may be relevant, identify a logical starting point and connect directly to something they can use.

That is why the starting experience deserves as much attention as the content itself.

The challenge gets bigger at employer scale

For an employer supporting thousands of people, relevance cannot depend on HR personally guiding each employee to the right resource. A workforce may include people in offices, hospitals, manufacturing plants, on job sites, on the road and working shifts. They may have very different health interests, schedules, levels of readiness and ideas about what they want to improve.

The experience has to do more of the navigation work while remaining simple, useful and appropriate for the individual.

That does not mean making the experience more complicated. Ideally, the technology becomes less visible.

The employee does not need to understand the architecture behind the platform. They need to know what they can do next.

From a question to a practical next step

Launch My Health’s Health Action Tools help employees identify a practical place to start across areas such as readiness for change, fueling, plant foods, metabolic health and biological age. Each experience is designed to help someone learn something useful about where they are today and connect that insight to a practical next step.

Take Sage, our Health Goal Assistant, for a test drive to see how the experience can help employees explore relevant learning and decide where they may want to go next.

The goal is not to replace education. It is to make credible, skills-based education easier to navigate and easier to put into action.

A different way to think about digital wellbeing

When employers evaluate a wellbeing experience, breadth still matters. Quality matters. The practical question is what happens after an employee arrives.

Can the experience help someone understand what is relevant? Can it reduce the friction between interest and action? Can it connect credible information to practical skills and a logical next step?

That is the kind of experience we are working to create at Launch My Health.
