Cycle Years Early Results

Course Recap | Nutrition for Women’s Hormones: The Cycle Years

Women’s hormone health is often under-educated, misunderstood, or addressed only after symptoms become overwhelming. Nutrition for Women’s Hormones: The Cycle Years was created to change that.

This course focuses on helping participants understand what is happening in their bodies during the menstrual cycle and how nutrition can be used as a practical tool to support hormonal health. We gave this course a spin, making it relatable to the target audience in a brand new way. Identifying women’s hormones with the different roles of reality TV gave it an easy-to-understand flair.

Early Participant Outcomes Show Meaningful Impact

The Cycle Years course was designed to provide clear, evidence-informed education that helps participants connect the dots between nutrition, hormones, and real-life symptoms. The goal is not perfection, but confidence, clarity, and action.

Feedback and post-course survey data from early participants reveal strong outcomes across understanding, confidence, and behavior change.

Increased Understanding of the Menstrual Cycle

90 percent of participants report a better understanding of the changes happening in their bodies throughout the menstrual cycle

This foundational knowledge helps participants recognize normal hormonal shifts and better interpret how their bodies respond throughout the month.

Confidence Using Nutrition to Support Hormonal Health

89 percent report they can confidently identify food and nutrition strategies to support hormonal health and improve symptoms when applicable

Participants are not only learning information, but also understanding how to apply nutrition strategies in a way that feels practical and achievable.

Stronger Self-Advocacy in Healthcare

90 percent feel more confident advocating for their health, communicating with healthcare providers, and understanding lab tests

This outcome reflects one of the course’s core goals. Empowered patients ask better questions and participate more actively in their care.

Education That Leads to Action

89 percent plan to apply what they learned immediately, or within the next month.

This demonstrates that the course is not only informative, but also usable in daily life.

Voices From the Community

Beyond the numbers, participant feedback highlights the personal and emotional impact of the course.

One participant shared that they took the course to better support their partner, noting how valuable it was to finally understand women’s hormone health.

Another described plans to implement changes not only for herself, but also for her three daughters, and to share the information with her mother and sisters.

Many participants expressed relief at finally having access to clear information, especially those experiencing hormonal changes who felt they had no one to talk to.

Others described the course as the most well-organized and accessible women’s health education they had encountered, praising the workbook and thoughtful presentation of complex topics.

These reflections reinforce that education does not just affect individuals. It ripples outward to families, partners, and future generations.

Looking Ahead

Early outcomes from Nutrition for Women’s Hormones: The Cycle Years demonstrate that accessible, evidence-based education can improve understanding, confidence, and real-world action.

As the program continues to grow, the focus remains the same. Equip individuals with knowledge they can trust, tools they can use, and confidence to advocate for their health at every stage of the cycle years.
